Return and Refund Policy for 24hourdrillz

At 24hourdrillz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your drill purchase. If for any reason you are not, we have a return and refund policy in place to help. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: You may return your drill within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: The drill must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included with the drill must also be returned.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

• Drills that show signs of significant use, wear and tear, or damage not present at the time of delivery.

• Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals.

• Gift cards.

• Items explicitly marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Send an email to [eikistore99@gmail.com] with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the drill if it arrived damaged or defective.

2. Receive Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your drill back without an RMA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing 24hourdrillz!
